Cint is now one of Newsweek’s Most Loved Workplaces – Cint™

Introduction

The last five years have seen a huge shift in how people work, what they make of their jobs, and how they view their employer. The so-called ‘Great Resignation’ of the early-2020s — the name given to the huge churn in the employment market as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic — was a watershed moment for workers across the globe.

Most of us need to work, but not everyone is happy about what they do and who they do it for. Back in 2023, a survey conducted by the Pew Research Center found that just over half of Americans (51%) considered themselves highly satisfied with their job overall, but many had concerns about how much they’re paid, what kind of professional training is open to them, and their routes to promotion.

With that in mind, Cint is delighted to have been named as a Most Loved Workplace by Newsweek and now features proudly on the publication’s Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces 2025 list, sitting alongside organizations including TravelPerk, CloudFlare, and Databricks.

Newsweek’s methodology

Two years ago, Newsweek struck up a partnership with award-winning leadership development center Best Practice Institute, looking to celebrate the workplaces and organizations that really get things right.

The result is the Global Most Loved Workplaces® ranking. Based on the BPI’s own Love of Workplace index — which provides an analysis of data provided by the employees of organizations — the annually published list recognizes forward-thinking employers who prioritize employee satisfaction, foster exceptional workplace cultures, and equip their teams with the tools they need to thrive.

Taking data from a combination of sources that includes interviews and online ratings, what you have is a ranking of the top 100 most loved global companies. We couldn’t be prouder to be one of them.

The Feedback 50

In November 2024, Cint’s internal People Team devised and deployed a survey to explore employee satisfaction across Cint’s global workforce.

From November 26th to December 10th, employees had the chance to participate in the Feedback 50. It was their direct line to share insights that shape the future of the Cint workplace.

Feedback 50 Results: Cint Employees Value

Leadership and management

Personal growth and development opportunities

It found that employees value our workplace culture (specifically the flexibility around remote working and friendly, supportive colleagues), our leadership and management (staff are appreciative of supportive managers) and the personal growth and development opportunities (which have been bolstered by a centralized budget for learning and the introduction of new training programs).

A culture of appreciation thrives at Cint through our Kudos Culture and Values Excellence Program, blending top-down recognition with peer-nominated acknowledgments, creating genuine, cross-level celebration of impact.

At Cint, respect is woven into our DEI efforts, ensuring every employee feels seen, heard, and valued. We foster a sense of belonging through meaningful initiatives like expert-led learning sessions, internal leadership panels, and shared resources that honor the full spectrum of identity, from cultural heritage and gender equity to neurodiversity and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Our goal is to create a workplace where everyone can show up as themselves, feel connected, and thrive.

Reflecting on the news, Cint’s Bee Meuwissen, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, said:

“I’ve always believed that the people you work with make all the difference. Having worked in places where care and collaboration weren’t a given, I know how precious it is to be part of a team like ours at Cint. Reading every response in the Feedback 50 survey, I was moved by your honesty and passion for what we’ve built together. Seeing us named a Most Loved Workplace by Newsweek fills me with pride, not just for the recognition, but for the culture we create every day.”
